Occasionally couriers may experience issues in the network or locally and would ask that you allow a couple of days before contacting.

You will have received an email from us but also Royal mail with your tracking number.
There is always the automated chat bottom right of website and you can find tracking number via this.
WHAT DO I DO IF PARCEL IS DAMAGED?
If parcel is damaged and you accept parcel you need to advise delivery driver so he can mark it as damaged on delivery. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and clear photos of damage and any damage to products inside. this needs to be doen within 3 days of delivery.
FAULTY PRODUCTS OR MISSING ITEMS IN PARCEL?
We have an extensive quality control at different stages of production, packing and shipping, however occasionally, although a rare occurrence a product may arrive damaged. In this instance email email@example.com with photos of the damaged item.
Missing items need to be advised to us immediately within 24 hours of a parcel arriving. We have calibrated shipping scales and also now have video footage of parcels being packed in the event of a missing item we will check the footage and weight of parcel packed. Please check packing chips very carefully as most often on second checking a missing item is found. If item was packed our end and missing when it gets to you, we will require a form filled out confirming this and Royal mail will then take it further as necessary.
