This balm has been amazing, I have anxiety and dont sleep well at all. I have been using for just over a week, rubbing into feet ant night and from the first night I slept much better and actually dropped off quickly. During the day I rubbed a little into my chest area and feel so much calmer. Going to keep using this as the results have been fantastic.

Been using this product for 2 weeks now nearly and omg what a difference it has made. Even my husband who was Skeptical About it, saying it won't work... well he tried it once & absalutely Loves it, said he felt like he had the best sleep ever that night... & now it's become a routine for him each night! I purchased this balm because I suffer with anxiety and am going through a stressful time and am having trouble sleeping.
After applying this to my feet I laid down for bed and instantly felt so relaxed.
Also applied in the morning before getting up and my anxiety felt a little better didn't 100% ease but definitely helped!

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to after using this product for a week.
I have fibromyalgia and don’t sleep well, have restless legs and numerous other symptoms.
After a couple of days using my restless legs are not causing me any problems and I am FINALLY sleeping at night. this means I am coping better during the day and my anxiety levels are so much better. you need to do a subscription service for this now!

I have been using this balm for two weeks and using it last things at night on my feet and also during the day , rubbed it into my chest area and got a subtle hit of lavender during the day.
Not so stressed, sleeping better and feeling calmer in myself. All I can say is get it and try it. Amazing

Julie gave me a trial of this Lavender balm three weeks ago as I have severe anxiety, don’t sleep well and have restless legs.
Took about a week for me to really see the benefit, finally have had a good nights sleep and restless legs so much better.

I am the owner of Scent and Colour Boutique and made this balm because I have Rheumatoid arthritis and going through the menopause.
I have been using it for about four weeks now and no cramps, restless legs and finally am sleeping well.

I was given this as a trial , very skeptical but OMG it is working. been using for two weeks now and no restless legs and I am sleeping right through the night.
might now try the turmeric one as have a bad knee with inflammation.
