I am perimenopause’s and one of the symptoms is I cannot sleep and I am a cloud during the day. I can honestly say that After a week of using this balm I have a good nights sleep and I am placing a little on chest area in morning to keep my anxiety at bay,

This balm has been amazing, I have anxiety and dont sleep well at all. I have been using for just over a week, rubbing into feet ant night and from the first night I slept much better and actually dropped off quickly. During the day I rubbed a little into my chest area and feel so much calmer. Going to keep using this as the results have been fantastic.

Been using this product for 2 weeks now nearly and omg what a difference it has made. OMG was sceptical at first but after using for. Few days I am finally sleeping better and my anxiety isn’t as bad.

After applying this to my feet I laid down for bed and instantly felt so relaxed.
